My money is gone, but WHO will resolve the downloading problem with the touring car pack?

Codemasters support is helpfull, but did not find a solution yet. Microsoft support is quiet. Hmmmmm, both took my money very fast via Paypal, but I cannot download the product! Who is working on that issue? Microsoft? Codemasters? Both? Nobody?????

Fat chance you will get any support from Codemasters by posting here. Try to get Paypal to cancel the order and buy again.

Yesterday the download started and went well. After one week. With no changes at all. Unbelievable.
