[Bug - PC / 1.7 / Career Mode / 50% Race] AI stick too strictly to default tyre strategy

I've seen a few instances of this occurring but my last race is a pretty good example of this issue.

50% race (33 laps), Barcelona, started wet. Everyone on wets, but around lap 18 the track started to dry out. I pitted for intermediates, and started making really good progress up through the field. It then occurred to me that NOBODY was pitting for intermediates, everyone was still happy too crawl around on wets for the remaining 10+ laps. On lap 29, I was told there was a good chance of needing slicks, but still, everyone was on wets, still sticking to their default strategy, still nobody had changed to inters. I managed to climb from 18th to finish 7th in those 10+ laps. Race finished with everyone else still on wets.

They also don't pit under safety car, they just stay out sticking to what they've been given at the start of the race.

Please fix this. It's robotic and destroys the illusion, becoming quite literally predictable, not to mention it makes wet to dry races horribly easy, taking away any feeling of achievment.
