Hi everyone, I have a problem: THE GAME CRASHES!!!

As soon as I open the game, the PC CRASHES and I have to restart it. Reinstalling the game several times does not work.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
My PC:
CPU: AMD X4 880K
GPU: GTX 1060 3GB
RAM: 8GB

update your graphics drivers disconnect secondary display devices

I unistalled the game to try if the issue was resolved...
It takes 3 hours, so i think that i'll send you the crash dump tomorrow.

Well, the game doesn't crash me, just that when I try to open it, my PC crashes and I can not do anything anymore. Then I decide to reboot it.

Check your system temperature, it looks like they reach a high level forcing the pc to freeze in order to protect the hardware.

D4rio, when i run F1 2017 the system temperature is 35 °C, so i don't think that this is a temperature problem :(

I've heard they are quite good like that, especially as they should be able to tell when you got the game and how little you've played it.

I have already tried to send you a crash dump:
1) I can't find that file
2) The game doesn't crash: is the computer that crash when i lunch the game.
3) And when i turn on the PC, Steam doesn't tell me that the game crashed
Can you help me in other ways?

Thanks. Uninstall CCleaner and run Malwarebytes Remove anything it finds, from an admin cmd window execute sfc / scannow then verify your game files and try to relaunch.

I accept you don't want to get a refund, as you want to play the game.

But if you simply can't get it to work, before any kind of time limit on refunds may or may not expire, then it might be worth considering.
