BIG ISSUE WITH PENALTIES

Hello again,

Found some evidence of how the game fails to apply penalties in a correct way.

Platform: PS4
Mode: online championship
Settings: short quali, 50%, full damage, strict corners, SC on, pit assist/release assist off.

So jester crossed the line in 4th, Tekken in 5th and nappula in 6th.

Jester no penalties, Tekken 1 (3 sec), nappula 2 (5 sec).

How did Tekken end up behind nappula? Can you explain that to me? And also there's something going on with applying stop n go penalties. They don't get applied. And I've heard in isn't just an issue with online championship, but it's going on in public lobbies as well.

League racing is Impossible when you can't trust the end result to be correct.

Anyone else experiencing issues like this? It would help if anyone has video evidence of stop n go bug or other bugs with penalties. Please reply.

Hello TUFtvcrew, we're aware of the stop / go penalty bug, that's fixed in 1.8.

Without knowing a bit more about the race I can't amek much sense of it but it certainly looks wrong. Do you know what penalties

Tekken and  nappula had? I thought the latter might have had a stop / go but 2 penalties to total +5 seconds wouldn't agree with that.

The game doesn't knock off served penalties, it's part of the bug.

He had 2 stop/gos, one was served and one added to the finishing time.

I got one at AUS, served it and the race director showed 1x0secs on the classification. This was PC MP Custom Race
