Played two quick races @Sakir after 1.9, here is my first impression of what I have noticed about this patch which seems to be a good one indeed. Good job!

- Better AI at attacking and mainly defending (inside line)

- AI is no longer slow at the first laps of the race. They race at regular pace since the beginning.

- No longer a huge AI discrepancy between quali and race although I still noticed a slight difference. They are a bit faster in races than quali. It might be a false impression, I need to play more races in different tracks to confirm that.

You have to turn off qualifying which is why it needs more work IMHO

Played a full 100% race at Abu Dhabi.

The qualify-race pace is better balanced. Easier overall compared to the previous difficulty level. The AI is consistent and you can calculate your race pace based on qualify.

I find the handling more responsive (G29/PS4) might be a placebo. Braking is better too.

Better AI beaviour when defending the position and under blue flag (they are easier to understand when letting you pass).

Better texture and now the rubber on track works (you can see the rubber on track as the race goes on).

Great great patch! Team performances need new adjustments. 


I hope the put spectetor mode in,single player when watching the monitor or the replay at the end of the race (i love to watch the race it would be great to have spectator mode in replays too)

Awesome but no rain falling anymore this used to happen when looking backwards cor me on xbox 1.7 now its wet but they have these sprinklers at the tracks now that just decide when to juice it up abit with a wet race :)

ive never known any multiplayer to go live without a glitch so am I missing something when people can not just enjoy the single player / career mode?

my one minor issue was the AI difference between quail and race pace / difficulty- however this has been rebalanced it seems?

My patch is still downloading but is the spectator UI exclusive to when you spectate races? If that is, it´s a real shame, that should be also there when we actually race.

If you mean the 'position ladder' then yes, it's spectate mode only. So if you've retired in qualifying it's available but not when driving.

Great patch, fixed a lot, but SC is still FUBAR. Half of the grid getting drive throughs, DSQs etc, because falling to far back. The SC was out for 3 laps and i didn't even catch the queue lol.

Big meh. I was hoping there would be a option for it during the actual race. Maybe they will add it in another patch. Thanks for the answer though.
