I´m not saying to force the option mate. Do it like all the other options we have for the UI, you can remove the speed, lap and other indicators. If people want the spectator UI during the races, they turn it on, who does not, turn them off. But that sort of TV broadcast UI should be universal to all modes with of course, the option to turn it off.

• I am pleased someone took the time to fix the 'Find Me' in the leaderboards, but why only fix the Public Leaderboard and NOT the Friends Leaderboard?
• Constant green flag last night (PC MP Bahrain 20+2 spectating) throughout the entire race. Two players joined in qualifying.
• I saw connection bars above drivers in front and behind on occasion last night, does it indicate their connection to you, the host or your connection to them is bad?
• A major annoyance is the fuel level flickering in the MFD (all modes where the fuel is visible, so not TT)
• I have had a report that the BAH tyre DSQ bug that appeared in the eSports race heat IS STILL PRESENT!!! (SS>M strategy).
  
• Lighting levels at BAH were improved initially but as the day transitions to night the dynamic range is still far too high, light sources are too bright and shade is too pronounced and dark. I didn't get any sky flicker but I might have to revisit MAL or CHI to test it.
• I really like the idea of the grid editor but it does not go far enough, the host needs to be able to apply penalties from previous races between sessions. The current model only allows grid editing if you forsake qualifying. This would mean breaking Parc Ferme as we'd have to run qualifying, rearrange the grid for the race only but it would not have tyre set/wear/selections or setups carried over; well, not unless by bug (!)

We are considering the grid editor for S15 but I think due to the above it's probably a non-starter.

So tonight I host a full lobby (BAH) and by the end of Stint 2 I get horrible stutter. I have 120fps and lag, terrible input lag and stutter to boot, I am lagging on other players screens in the corners but no bars above the car.

There is plenty of gloss in this patch but no real underlying improvement.

PC, Custom MP, 1.9 (20 lobby with eventually 10 left by lap 28) spec is in sig, blah, blah, meh.

Some awesome changes to the game now. Helmets updated,liveries,new cinematic cut scenes before and after races. Bahrain is now a night race with black sky. Improves shadows under front tyres, improved smoke off front tyres under lock ups. 
No more flickering clouds, there still is however some slow loading low texture on helmets at times but then it renders and it’s clear. 
On a whole big improvements which have made he game even better. Thank you CM

Why are the liveries based on Silverstone only? Annoying when things like Sure on the Williams (rather than Rexona) or Infiniti on the Renault rear-wing were only virtually one-offs but now are the standard livery in-game

So 1.9 is out on PS4 and I noticed the Performance Update is wrong. How hard can it be to have the performance of each car match what it is in real life. McLaren still qualify almost last in each race, and their aero is below Force India! Mercedes Chassis is what makes them slow on some tracks not their aero, yet this is what was changed. It is weird how they come up with these performance levels. I'm not sure Codemasters deserve to keep making these games if they cant get simple things right.

On the force india, toro rosso, haas, mclaren and sauber the abbreviated name doesnt show up. It looks so out of place when you drive it.

Is there an option to select the #1 on your car after winning WDC? I just won championship with Renault and remained with them for season 2 but don't recall seeing a screen to switch driver number?

Max is so fucking slow on this game it's unreal
