Activating a Dirt 2 key

Dirt 2 used to be a Games For Windows Live game, and those are now with steam.
I wanted to re-install Dirt 2 because it used to be awesome, but steam wont take my key. Neither will the windows store.
I run a windows 10 pc so GFWL is not an option, can someone help me?
