Safety car bug

The safety cars and VSCs could really be a lot better in this game. Safety cars in particular have gotten worse since release. VSC restarts have actually gotten a lot more unpredictable too... it's like they felt there wasn't enough potential to be penalized so they started randomizing the restart times. (When even the AI are racking up penalties because they can't stay under the delta you know something is wrong.)

Bugmasters are either unwilling or don't know how to rectify this issue.

In a recent career race I noticed if I stuck myself behind the AI car in the queue, the AI car at the back doesn't get much aggressive to overtake. I remember when in the safety car queue in the earlier instance, I was not following the AI car in unison but to the AI car's side instead. I wonder then the AI car behind me sees the space as empty & tries to come into the queue line where I should've been instead.
