(solved) Wrong Bug report: Wrong Grid Position in race after pole in quali

Hello, driven in the Career mode in quali on 1. place on Aserbaidschan, after this session I leaved from laptop to main menu. then i continiued the career and changed the ai level during loading screen. Then I started the race from grid 16!!! Laptop News History listed that I winned the quali on 1. place., also after the race. 

Before quali or after quali I changed a lot of engine parts. Is that the reason?

if you changed engine part thats a penalty. Each component is 5 place grid penalty.

If used more than 4 of each part you get a 5 place grid penalty for each 5th or more component.
You also get a 5 place grid penalty when you switch the gearbox before completing 6 races with it.
