Great job Codies! Except for!

So from 2013 I took a hiatus from sim racing, with 2013 being the last F1 I bought, before 2013 I had played all the race sims  up to that year. Then a crazy thing happned, I got into Motorcycle Racing for the last 5 years, but had recently decided to take a break from the sport bikes to focus on my business, racing is expensive. So I bought a G920 Wheel for my Xbox and F1 2017, and man have you come a long way. At first I didn't like all the objectives for points, but then began to see how much it helped me get better. I love the R&D side of it, the immersion with the pit crew, never have I liked a race weekend with practice and qualifying as much as this game. But then I decided to migrate back to PC, daunting and expensive, I felt the Xbox wasn't up to the task any more.

And then I decided to add VR to the Rig with an Occulus Rift, it's not perfect, but it is amazing to be in the vehicle. And that's where you have lost me until you figure it out for F1 2017 and beyond. I bought project cars 2 again, but I will not being buying F1 2017 again until VR is supported. So great job up to a point, when you get it figured out, I will be back I am sure.

VR is not my thing until you can adjust the focus. Have to wear reading glasses now and that's not ideal. For all the rest..., I'm with you.

CM did an awesome awesome job with the car handling...I can't express my thanks, finally a car that's a pleasure to drive and I can feel the tires , grip, road........   Everything else is just cherry on top...Yes with VR F1 will go to another level, I can't wait for 2018, hopefully its implemented by them...

Car handling is amazing (ffb, traction and tyre model). By far the best gameplay with assists off. The handling and the difficulty slider are game changers this year. Difficulty slider is one of those things that make you wander how you were playing with presets levels (i wasn't able to play actually because i was between two levels, so this is the first f1 game i can really play and enjoy without being too much fast or too much slow).

And i haven't mentioned the AI yet...the best on open wheels...

I wear reading glasses too, and it's not been a problem at all on the Occulus Rift, the racing is now amazing, looking through the apex and not guessing where turns are. I added a buttkicker and it's like being in the car now. Rather than racing a picture.
