World War 2 Prisoner of War

So got a random desire to play an old game Prisoner of War. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prisoner_of_War_(video_game)
I love playing these old games but this one simply will not play.
normal install + cd in drive , launch using PrisonerLaunchEnglish.exe    - nothing
normal install + cd in drive , launch using Colditz.Exe    - nothing
no cd , launch using PrisonerLaunchEnglish.exe    - nothing
no cd , launch using Colditz.Exe    - nothing
no cd + Menu patch , launch using PrisonerLaunchEnglish.exe    - launches but instantly crashes "Colditz has stopped working"
no cd + Menu patch , launch using Colditz.Exe    - launches but instantly crashes "Colditz has stopped working"
no cd + Menu patch + no intro movies , launch using PrisonerLaunchEnglish.exe    - launches but instantly crashes "Colditz has stopped working"
no cd + Menu patch + no intro movies  , launch using Colditz.Exe    - launches but instantly crashes "Colditz has stopped working"

All launches run without comparability mode and with. (modes used 98, xp2, xp3, 2000) Options on and off.

Running all current drivers and updates
*Windows 7 SP1
*AMD FX-9590 Vishera
*16GB ddr3
*Radeon R9 290x
*Asus Crosshair V

Before any one says they didn't make it owner book says for help open disk and read readme.txt. In that file "Codemasters Technical Support Website: http://www.codemasters.com/contact/contact_us.php" a non existent website on this domain so here I go opening thread on the forum.

Ideas?

Really! Over a month and not even a system admin comments back on a product the company made.

Nope.
And at this point I probably never will. Stopped looking too. Only logged in to change password after an account problem elsewhere.
