[Bug - PC/1.10/Career Mode] Still no sparks

I've been reporting this since 1.7 with no reply, but there are still no sparks for any cars other than Ferrari and Renault in career mode. The same can also be said for the scraping sound you get when this happens. When the game was released and up until 1.7, all cars had sparks and plank scrape sounds.

Please fix this. Not fixing this issue makes the race atmosphere unrealistic and stagnant.
