(BUG) (PS4)(2017) Setup becomes preset

It occurs only in "Multiplayer session". When you are doing the free practice and qualifying in the custom lobby, select the custom setup and run and return to the pit, the setup becomes the preset. You can check this by opening the setup.

Any setup used for qualifying is in parc ferme rules (if custom lobby has that enabled), taking a changed setup into parc ferme you lose the ability to change most of anything setup wise so switching back to preset setups aren't allowed by the rules. In practice you are free to change the car setup. If your setup becomes the preset setting in practice then maybe it is a bug, but if its only happening in qualifying, parc ferme is the reason.

parc ferme mode is off. Even if it is ON, it is a problem to occur with free practice.

I think it is obviously a bug.

it is definitive a bug...
Today i had the same bug.
after free training and quali, i had to race with a standard setup!

This seems to happen in Championships mode too. It defaults to standard setup despite running quali with custom. Only way to fix it is to turn off Parc Ferme and change it at the race start.

This used to happen when people leave session thn rejoin and take control back of their car. After last patch that got resolved
