I assume it comes with a warning regarding "known Team Mate bug will not be resolved".

They are printing up the stickers as we speak.

I believe they've also sent fresh brown envelopes with an updated review copy to all the reviewers so they can review their reviews.

As IanX suggests, wouldn't it be appropriate to put a warning on the game page?

Something to the effect that "certain issues still persist which can affect core gameplay elements", and that "buyer discretion is advised"?

But no, that would be too much like decent human being behaviour and not corporate vampire behaviour, which is the norm.

So others will spend their money and will discover for themselves what works and doesnt work?

How lovely.

Australian Consumer Law -
No hidden defects
Goods sold by relying on a sample or
demonstration model must not have any hidden
defects. A hidden defect is a problem that would:
• make the goods of unacceptable quality; and
• not be noticeable to someone looking at the
sample or demonstration model.

Considering the trial offered on xbox and PS only allows one track, they will never notice the team mate bug or the online issues.  Well, I do hope no customer relying on the trial finds this out.

Its a pretty sensible law. I think they tried here with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but there are some stupid stipulations. Like the timeframe is 30 days, but people often want to (naively) give the developer the benefit of the doubt and wait for patches, which takes them beyond the 30 days, and maybe they can no longer refund.
It did mean however, that after a failed fix for my daughters laptop (yes you argos) which had been away for 6 weeks, when they told me they were sending it away for repair again I was able to disagree, get a replacement to same value (which had a better processor and graphics APU) AND they had to voucher me up for the fact we had no laptop for 6 weeks.

More sensible laws like this please.

Repairs and spare parts
Manufacturers or importers guarantee they will take reasonable steps to provide spare parts and repair facilities (a place that can fix the consumer’s goods), for a reasonable time after purchase. This applies even if the consumer did not purchase the goods directly from the manufacturer or importer.

How much time is ‘reasonable’?
This will depend on the type of goods. For instance:
• it would be reasonable to expect that tyres for a new car will be available for many years after its purchase
• it may not be reasonable to expect that spare parts for an inexpensive children’s toy are available at all.

You don't have to do the accent, but instead must name the current Australian rugby league starting line up, list the 3 most deadly spiders in Australia, and finally name the actor who played Neighbours legend Jim Robinson.

Only then can you access the Aussie store.

What sort of price would you call being a good deal, cheapest I've seen so far is £32.99 in Saunsbury's, it should get cheaper than that though in other stores

Good effort...but computer says no.

Unless I'm very much mistaken Jim Robinson was played by Alan Dale (he's actually a Kiwi) , who later went onto have success in America, starring in t.v teen drama hit "The O.C" and popular t.v comedy "Ugly Betty".

But nice one getting Bruce and the spiders right.

I knew who he was I used his "Lost" character's name for the craic

Neighbours was huge in the 80's/90's here in Ireland. I'm an 80's kid. I preferred Home and Away

Ahhh...i missed the Lost reference completely.

Neighbours was huge in Britain too, and while H&A was good i always preferred Neighbours.

Lol. I had a crush on Sally.

Thankfully we have more TV choice these days. Pity it's not the same for our F1 games
