xXGladitorxX99 0 Posted November 26, 2017 Today was the end of a long 2017 F1 season. Aside from the F1 game, how was the 2017 season in your opinion and what are your thoughts towards the F1 2018 season?Do you think the rule changes in 2018 is going to impact F1 forever? WickedBasturd 0 Posted November 26, 2017 I think drivers will get used with halo, fans will get used with halo as well and we'll just move on unless it will prove the halo does more bad than it does good and it will be removed the same way they removed the changed quali system not so long ago. I wish Ferrari, Red Bull and McLaren to be very close to Mercedes and to give us some awesome races. If Red Bull wont have a championship car next year I'd like to see the Honey Badger to either Ferrari or Mercedes.
RhinoCharging00 1 Posted November 26, 2017 Nothing special, though at least Ferrari, and a couple of times Red Bull, got ahead and won on outright pace. Still not enough over a whole season to beat Hamilton, but progress, I guess.Verstappen did really well but is still not quite the finished article, in my opinion. I'm actually really looking forward to next year, especially to see whether McLaren have made a monumental blunder dropping Honda. It could be that, finally, after these last 3 or 4 years of development and learning, and umpteen set backs, the Japanese manufacturer have hit their stride and are going to end up supplying an excellent engine. Or it could be trash. But it would certainly be ironic if Torro Rosso suddenly went for race wins and were topping speed traps, while the Renault supplied teams, which will include McLaren next year, stayed pretty stagnant or even lost some speed.I don't want to see that. Giving Alonso a last chance at showing what he can do will be great for the sport.I just have a suspicion Honda are going to come good and McLaren will be kicking themselves .
