Teammate Bug

If someone is 1.5 sec quicker than their teammate, surely they are on far too easy AI level???
In all my experience of this game, the teammate has always been where he should be relative to the opposition, judging by the team performance ranking at any given time.
Not if they were equally fast at the start of season 1. Then it is - quite obviously - the teammate engine bug.

Just to play devils advocate, the human player will improve relative to the AI after a season and about 1000 laps of practice on this game. If I'd kept the AI level the same after 3 seasons as I started, I'd be a good second a lap faster than my teammate now...
Ah, so all that practicing is the reason I'm 15kph faster in a straight line and gaining up to a second on straights alone. False alarm guys, there is no bug, we're just well practiced at top speeds. /s

Since I have not experienced this bug as at no point has my teammate not been where he should be, I asked a logical question. I have not seen this post by CM so I can't be informed by something I haven't read. Pipe down.
I wasn't going to bother responding to an argument of comprehension on an internet forum, but you really do give the impression of the belief you are better than others here. So let me put on my big word hat to demonstrate that writing to an audience that comprises of non-english native speakers is more imperative than using convaluted wordings in an effort to appear intelligent.

Comprehension, you seek to teach me on? You felt the need to belittle others ability to understand? I will follow your example.

The use of the word 'surely' at the start of a question denotes confidence in your question returning a positive answer, regardless of the beliefs given by others prior to the question.

Now if that doesn't help you understand my reply, then surely as an expert tutor of comprehension you will be fully aware of 'sarcasm'.  So you see how embarssing your comments are now?  Your attempt to ridicule me was flawed in the exact area you used to claim I failed to understand, that my dear, is called irony.

Please don't bother responding to me on this, you made your claim I am too stupid to understand basic comprehension of a question mark, I demonstrated it was in fact you that was ignorant of more complex comprehension. The end.

That arguement only works if you've correctly assumed I was being sarcastic, which I wasn't. I can confirm that, you can't. So we can add a lack of mind reading skills, paranoia and childishness to the list. Basic comprehension has been confirmed by the fact that you've overlooked the contents of the 2nd sentence, which informs the reader that I was asking a sensible question in the first. Loving the irony of accusing others of thinking they're better. Dug your own hole there...

I wasn't saying that the improvement of the human is responsible for all the performance difference, just bear in mind that element does exist, so you need to extrapolate the performance difference. Defensive forum this...

You really think that SO many of us are too stupid to work out a suitable AI level? Like Ho3n3r said, if our teammate was matching us in season 1 and then over time starts to slip back, despite the car being heavily upgraded, then it's clearly the teammate bug.
This is getting ridiculous now.
