Looking for a PC League!

So I'm pretty new to the game but I have played it a lot on another account, so I decided to buy it for myself and want to step my game up. I am looking for:
Fun and chill people to race with, who race fairly.
About 50% races
Short practice
Short Qualifying
Race Start: Official
Parc Ferme: Off
Car Performance: Realistic
Damage: Simulation
Formation Lap: Off 
Safety Car: On
Corner Cutting: Regular

ASSISTS
Braking Assist: Off
ABS: On
Traction Control: Full
Racing Line : On (I personally use corners only, but it's fine)
Pit Assist: Off
Pit Release: Off
Gearbox: Manual ( and suggested gear)


As you can tell, I'm not that hardcore, I'm just looking to have fun with other peeps! If you wish any of the assists or race settings to be SLIGHTLY changed ( for example, medium traction control instead of full or 45 min practice instead of 30) and everyone agrees, then so be it!
