"Controller Disconnected" problem

Hello, 

every time I start the race in dirt rally the wheel disconnects either during loading screen or before the start of the stage. The problem is that the wheel is still connected, its still working in thrustmaster control panel and I can play any other game. it only happens in dirt rally for some reason. My wheel is Thrustmaster t300rs with ferrari 599xx rim. Looking forward for all your response thanks in advance.
