SirPhilMcKraken 279 Posted February 18, 2019 (edited) This is my 2015 ST3, great car! Stock at the moment but want to get mud flaps at some point, just keep putting it off lol. I have got a union jack dark grey decal though on the back smaller windows 🙂 I'd have loved to get an STI but I would have been raped with the insurance (this was bad enough) and its a daily so the ST is a good mix between the two. There is always room for improvement though... ...though that would require a slightly bigger budget! Besides, where are some pictures of your ST? Everyone loves a fast Ford!

Haha that's true, tyres would cost more than my kidneys 😄 I posted one above but I did take a couple more at the time, will find them and upload 🙂 Edited February 18, 2019 by SirPhilMcKraken

Murikka 251 Posted March 8, 2019 My car collection may be little bit different than you normally see here. My daily driver is 1990 Chevy Van G20 starcraft, my main car in summer is 84 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser (raggarbil). Also I have few project cars, at the moment I'm restoring 63 Oldsmobile Super 88 4d HT and my future projects are 74 El Camino and actually a "proper" car, which is MK1 Escort "RS2000". That Escort is a former rally car and I actually own 2 of those. I don't have proper images of my other cars at the moment and I don't want to make huge photo dump.

I loved her so much and I have never been so upset. 😭 DiRTFanNo.
KittyFit90 261 Posted April 3, 2019 My Baby was a very naughty girl today, broke down on my way to giving a guest lecture at the rival university (both have Paleo departments and we're kinda 'friendly' rivals P.S. they suck) so I had to walk 30mins through the city centre with all the crowds and by the time I got there I was gibbering mess (not really, lecture went fine but my feet hurt). Anyway as punishment shes gets named and shamed here and can go spend a week getting fixed. So beautiful but so very very naughty!

ColinMcRae:DiRTFanNo.1 70 Posted April 3, 2019 @KittyFit90, feel sorry that your Alfa Romeo wanted to take a trip to the car hospital (Garage). Perhaps you should smack her bumper; That should sort her out and stop her doing such thing as this again, or for a long time! 😂 🤣 @tbtstt, I totally agree with you! KittyFit90 261 Posted April 4, 2019 Well this blows, Baby has put a crack in her transmission casing and dumped all the fluid out. Means she needs a brand new transmission which has to come from italy, won't cost me anything as I have the full warranty but it might take up to 3 months. Guess I'll be moonlighting as a hairdresser in my BMW z4 (rather use that then my partners Holden Colorado). lols
ColinMcRae:DiRTFanNo.1 70 Posted April 4, 2019 (edited) How old is your Alfa Romeo and how many miles has it done, if you don't mind me asking, @KittyFit90? DiRTFanNo.1 Edited April 4, 2019 by DiRTFanNo.1 Typo correction.
KittyFit90 261 Posted April 5, 2019 Around 12 months and only about 5k, I never drive her outside the city and my commute to work is about 4km.
ColinMcRae:DiRTFanNo.1 70 Posted April 5, 2019 That's ridiculous. 5,000 odd miles and the car needs a new gearbox? That's cheap, in the way that Alfa Romeo fit cheap and rubbish parts to their cars. I'm sorry to say this to all Alfa Romeo fans, but they are not great cars anymore. DiRTFanNo.

DiRTFanNo.1 I don't think they ever have been, I knew what I was buying. My Dad tried hard to talk me out of it but I was in love the moment I saw Baby in the showroom.
ColinMcRae:DiRTFanNo.1 70 Posted April 6, 2019 I am not surprised your dad tried to talk you out of it. He was looking at future costs in how much repairs and how much work will need doing to it. Basically he was trying to save you financially. No, they haven't been great cars ever, but some older models are a bit better than the newer ones, that they produce today. I must confess that I couldn't buy an Alfa Romeo privately or on lease. DiRTFanNo.1
