NEW CLASSIC CARS

Recommended Posts

Hello what classic cars would you want to see in this years game? I would love to see Brawn Gp from 2009 and also i would love to have cars that didnt win the championship like McLaren MP4-20 or a full season of 2010 , 2008 etc

They already showed some Sauber real life cars from the past, so you can expect them. Obviously McLaren, Williams, Ferrari, possibly Lotus. I would think other active teams might be more licensable, like Renault, Red Bull.

Outside of that, Jordan might be nice, but hard to license (who owns the name now?!), Benetton.

Although it might be nicer to have cars through history, with 1950s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s and 10s.

Eddie will like still own rights to the Jordan. The 7up one is so pretty.

P34 would be awesome, or even the Murray designed Brabham fan car would be interesting

Eddie might have the Jordan name, but Jordan Grand Prix became Midland, Spyker, and later Force India, so I'm not sure who owns the older cars, as such.

Love the classics, but would prefer them to concentrate on doing a complete classics season line up than cars from different years - even if it meant racing those cars on the modern circuits. Something from 1990 to 1995 would be great.

I think there is a strong chance we get the Brawn this year, as a lot of people asked for it last year. Great to hear they have got some Sauber cars. The more different manufacturers they do deals with over time, the closer we come to getting a full classics line up at some point in the future.

Should hopefully still be Eddie/Gary Anderson.

Gary's a nice guy maybe he would give them the CAD/CAM drawings for ease of use (in b4 f2002)

I would it be cool to include the first official championship winning car. The Alfa Romeo 158 Alfetta. I would also love to see enough classic circuits to make a championship of 10-15 races.

Yeah I was also thinking some pretty old stuff, like the old Lotus' (like the 49) or possibly a really old Mercedes.

Nobody has said yet about how many classic will be in the game The classic's from the 1980's and Niki lauda's time trial car from F1 2013 would be a nice start to begin with.

Going on a hunch with Paul Jeal going to the sauber factory recently. I'm guessing a classic Sauber will be part of the lineup of classic cars on this year's game 50/50 at this stage
