Leapfrogging

Can anyone tell me if this is a trick or a bug, I follow an enemy player or am being followed by an enemy player and they jump in the air and land ontop of me. No jumps or ramps required, just a simple jump and im crushed.

The cars have a slight magnetism to them so if they leave the ground and are above you they could possibly be being pulled on top of you by that effect. The charger has a buffed ability to do this. As far as I know there isn't a height requirement for the crush.
