geegary 0 Posted June 26, 2018 I have had Dirt Rally for about a month now and I'm having the same problem as many others. Game won't open, Flashes twice on the steam screen and that's it. I've have tried all of the suggestions from recent post with no success. I'm running Windows 10 64 bit, Asus ROK MB, AMD Rysen 5, 16 gig of ram, Nvidia GeForce 9800 and Bitdefender Total Security. And yes I have disabled Bitdefender before loading Dirt Rally. I would really like to be able to play Dirt Rally but my hopes are diminishing. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
CMMcBabe 216 Posted June 27, 2018 DiRT Rally will not launch on a machine with over eight cores/threads. You can disable the cores by running msconfig and going to Boot – Advanced Options, then set the number of processors to 8. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
