BOX BOX BOX – F1® 2018’s Cover Art Revealed | Codemasters Blog

It’s finally time to reveal F1® 2018’s game covers to the world! F1 2018 is all about making headlines, and this is very much the theme for this year. Expanding on last year, where we had different artwork for Australia, the Americas, and the Netherlands/Belgium/Luxembourg, as well our main cover art, we now have different driver line-up versions for Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands/Belgium/Luxembourg and Mexico, alongside our main cover art for this year. Some of you eagle-eyed fans will have noticed out in the wild already, but we think it’s so good you deserve to see it again – plus all of the other versions that will be available around the globe.

I still don't understand why you put Hamilton in front of the French cover and not Esteban Ocon who is basically the french star....

1. Why is there not a Finland edition, but there is a Mexico edition, because one driver from an average team is from there. There are two Finnish drivers that are driving for top teams of Ferrari and Mercedes, but it isn't enough for a Finnish edition?

2. Why is there a cover for Australia/New Zealand, but it doesn't have the only driver from New Zealand on it? Hartley may not be one of the best drivers, but he still is a professional F1 driver.

3. Why isn't Ocon on the cover for the French edition? Grosjean is occasionally a good driver but he's not the one who should be on it.

The white ,,Headline Edition" stripe on the top looks really bad. This cover will be amazing without it. Hope it'll be possible to buy without it, for example after worldwide release.

I guess because one city in Mexico has more people than whole Finland? ;) Money, sales, etc. Do the math.

Wait so France box art gets Grosjean and Gasly but AUS/NZ can't have Hartley?

I don't understand why we couldn't have Dan and Brandon.

Or, get Lewis off the French one and put Ocon on it
