i mean where you pick a current driver and do the season with them. What’s reverse grids got to do with anything
That's only around a percent of Championship Mode in F1 2017. Championship mode includes all sorts of different championship seasons which are a lot of fun to race.

Just leave it mate you don’t get it.
You don't realise the fact that Championship Mode was the best it has ever been in F1 2017.
So because it’s been the best it’s ever been 2017 that means Codemasters don’t have to improve it for 2018 and can just leave it untouched?

"Championship mode ignored again ........ "
"Because they do nothing with it every year. "
Just replying to that :)

Championship mode in 2017 was almost completely different to 2016. In 2017 you had sprint races, reverse grids, classic cars and so on.
Yeah they hada mix of championships with both the classic cars and the modern ones I enjoy both. As for it not having career mode stuff it's not career mode hence why it' s not there. That game mode is designed to allow you to do a few quick races in a championship without having to worry about career mode stuff. Otherwise what would be the point of having the championship modes. I presonally enjoy playing around in that mode sometimes in between seasons of career mode

I agree with @peanutt2000
Some people like playing a season with their favourite driver/team because there isn't such a huge investment over 10 seasons.
Championship mode needs the engine management in place otherwise you'd never get mixed up grids due to penalties. It doesn't make you play strategically as you'd like, such as putting a worn engine on a slow track or one that doesn't suit your car anyway.
Yea it's only for one season but it shouldn't be hard to implement.
