Looking for a mod for ToCA Race Driver 3

So I've been playing some ToCA Race Driver 3 lately. Its one of my favourite games, and I highly recommend you play it if you get a chance.

I have been searching for a mod known as the 'better graphics' mod. The name is self explanatory. I have only been able to find videos and dead links to it though.Does anybody know of a link to download this mod/could be an amazing person, make my year and upload it somewhere if you have it?
