Lost all my online race wins/stats/helmets/time trial ghosts/career progress/season challenge

I downloaded the 2 tracks from the store on xbox and have lost everything, my wins on multiplayer went back to 0 (zero), racenet ghosts gone, helmets won gone, stats gone everything is gone, my career progress gone, time trial ghosts gone, setups!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrr gone

I tried to mail hatta a few days ago but no reply, has this happened to anybody else?  any ideas what to do to get it all back?
