Dirt games

Recommended Posts

DiRT Rally and DiRT 4 had a much more realistic approacht compared to the previous DiRT games. In that case I don't think really Demolition Derby will be part of it. But in D4 Trophy Truck returned. So never say never.

Although I prefer the more realistic approach, some fun game modes that were in DiRT3 (outbreak, invasion, cat&mouse, transporter) or Demolition Derby, or for example caravan racing could be.

I think it would be a nice addition and would like to have the fun modes in the new DiRT game, so you can also play the game in a different/fun way instead of the serious modes.

possibly in the future . it would be a brand ip to bring back also if you look at BeamNG success with damage models people love car crashes. bring it back but go really sim on the damage models. if people dont know car crash videos with damage shown are often watched more than any racing or rally video of just racing. weird but true.

Problem with realistic damage models that it will be really hard to get licenses of cars. With possible fake cars you can do extreme damage models, so that would be fine for Demolition Derby or Caravan racing. But doing an infected game with rallycross cars, it wont be possible to do extreme damage models.
