Too many YouTube reviews already.....

Is it just me? By the time I actually get to pay the game it will feel like old news..... There are so many career videos on the internet! I'm a little frustrated I don't get to play it sooner... like early access for pre-orders... hint hint..

I have to admit I have the same problem as you. I can't stop watching the video's. But watching the video's and reading all the reviews made me pre-order it. I was going to hold off until after release but the video's gave me en enough information on what I have to expect.

Just stop watching the video's  :p

Personally, a game's release date or media coverage has little bearing on its fun factor for me. I buy & play "old" games often, and if they were fun at launch, then they'll still be fun later.

yeah I've been enjoying Aarava's vids and his battles with K mag and the fact that he's been moaning a bit that K magnussen has been thrashing him on the game but in a way that's cool as I remember on 2012 I've had some cracking battles with Schumacher whilst being his teammate and his battles with K mag has quite often reminded me of some of those. I'm still resisting hitting the buy button but not sure I can take much more :p Even if I were to buy it now anyway I need to finish career modes I have on the go first anyway before starting one on that so at best all I'd get time for would be do the odd race on it Not a career mode really as it would be too  time consuming Plus given I'm tight on disc space atm so it would mean I'd have to delete something in order to put 2018 in it's place I'd rather that something be one of it's fellow F1 games given I have 2016 and 2017 installed but I'd rather finish the careers on those first before doing so.

Haha yes Aarava is really enjoyable. Sometimes I wonder if he realizes he is playing a computer game and all his opponents are no real persons  :)  I have a vivid imagination and can immerse in a game but Avaraa is something else.

I gave up on 2017 yesterday. For the first time I will not have become world champion in an F1 game. The problem is that the game has become too big for me to play. (Time constraints).

So I don't mind starting over without finishing. I tell myself, I'll become world champion again this version.

And F1 2017 will be erased for disk space. No need for 2 F1 titles on my disk.

I do that as well. It doesn't help that they have names in-game and this year they also programmed some of the real-life behaviours of the drivers in the AI.

Yeah he'd ,make a good real life commentator. The only game I've ever failed to win  championship in was 2013 so far. I've got quite a big hard drive in my PC space is only a bit tight because I've got quite a lot of things installed and in truth the PC could probably do with a clear out. Besides I think after checking last night I'm going to need a graphics card upgrade before I buy F1 2018 anyway as right now my graphics cards are barely meeting minimum spec so that's more money
