I am on the PC. None of the stats in the middle of the screen (races entered, wins, podiums, fastest laps, pole positions etc) save.
The stats in the middle only show data from the current gaming session, so when I start playing multiplayer I always begin with zero for all stats. Then these do update as long as the game is running. Next time when I fire up the game they are all back to zero.

All of the above is NOT true for the bottom section of the screen where the milestones are tracked. They always seem to show correct numbers. 
My XP level also seems to increase correctly.

It is urgent to analyze the incident when penalizing, it is not possible that one is entering a curve and someone who hits you from behind without stopping are sanctioned in the same way. What fault has the one who is driving correctly? It's really ridiculous, somehow you have to do an analysis of the trajectories and the telemetry of each driver to decide the sanctions more fairly. In the way it is implemented, your safety rating depends more on the rest of the drivers than on yourself, because if a driver happens to hit you with bad intentions throughout the race you can be disqualified, for example. It may be difficult what I am asking, but there are other games that reflect much better in the qualifications who is a safe driver and who is not, in f1 2018 if one is not lucky enough to compete with other safe drivers it is impossible to improve the qualification because always you cross paths with some madman who takes everyone ahead and involves you in an incident in which you have no guilt. It would be good to find a way to improve this, it really gives a lot of impotence and a sense of injustice the way incidents are sanctioned. Thank you. regards

with the option for the tyre temps included, in which setting will the rank servers run?

Would be a hugh advantage if carcass temp could be switched off by players individually.
