(PS4) AI cars during Practice (Multiple grid penalties) F1 2018

Seen this mentioned in the main forum by others.

During Practice in career mode AI Cars (usually the faster ones e.g Mercedes, Red Bull, Ferrari) are picking up grid penalties during practice sessions for hitting slower AI cars. I've already seen 3 instances within 1 session. This didn't happen (very rarely) during F1 2017. Needs looking at as the grid by the time you reach qualifying is a lottery and full of penalties. Happens every practice session.
