[1.04][Multiplayer][Public] Unable to scroll through all lobbies

The screen doesn't scroll to show all the lobbies properly.

Also, when joining the lobby eventually, there were issues with wrecks and debris on track.

Think I've figured out all the [unknowns], it's players wanting to join a session and who are spectating, but it should look cleaner, like [Player joining session] etc. or [Player spectating session]

There was the issue with the the player that it looked like had left. Just feels a bit unfinished.
