(F1 2018 PS 4) Max fuel mix missing from Quali Practice Program

When doing quali program in practice I noticed I could not match the AI but in actual quali I can match them. I noticed the fuel mix in practice quali program has no Max fuel mode like actual quali

I don’t think you could ever select max fuel. Only rich, same in last years game I think.

So how do you get the same performance as in Quali? In Quali practice program I don't match my target but in actual quali I do.

The lap time target is supposed to scale to the the sub optimal grip levels in practice and the lower engine mode as well. I personally haven't had any problems achieving them, but I don't always get purple.
