[PC] Multiplayer [Unknown] Names

Don't know if this has been mentioned or not. If it has, and has been addressed, then please point me in the right direction for that post.

Anyone have any clue why the [Unknown] Names appear on multiplayer lobbies? Is this a bug or is this something that needs to be addressed on the users end? It seems like it holds up the multiplayer lobby at times to where a session won't launch. Also, if you are an unfortunate person who is listed as an [Unknown] Name, which has happened to me, it will not let you ready-up/spectate the lobby.
