(Xbox)(Mutltipllayer) Game crashes at the end of short quali!

I have done some short quali and 25% races with my friends. And at the end of every 2nd or 3rd quali, when already spectating and waiting for the end, the game from 2 or 3 people crash and they have to restart the game. I dont think the problem occures on Xbox one x, but I'm not sure.
