F1 2018 Micro Stuttering [PC]

In F1 2017 i had no problems with lags or Micro Stuttering. But now I have Micro Stuttering all time. In a Lap i have 1 Micro Stutter for about 0.5-1.0 seconds. Its impossible to Drive with the Micro Stutters.

I have had a similar issue on F1 2017 and F1 2018, but I managed to solve the stuttering/frame skipping.
Change your in-game video settings from Fullscreen to Fullscreen (windowed) if you have it on Fullscreen.

Enabling VSync solved the problem for me. W7, i7 3770K, GTX 1070, 16 GB DDR3.

i had weird screen freezes until now.. idk why but a new ssd finally fixed it 100%

until now i used rammap to clean out the standby ram, thats worth a try.. freezes were still there but not that often
