HUGE GLITCH! T300 glitch

So the game decides to pause itself, send you to the ps4 home menu, Change ers, talk to Jeff on the radio, change camera view, go up and down in the mfd etc all by itself. Happens at least once a session so 1 time in practice 1 then in 2 and so on, quali and race as well. Here is a video where you can see 2 different laps, first in quali and then in the race (career mode, But happens online as well)  All im doing is steering and changing the ers from Overtake to High, not the other way around, the rest the game does by itself. The first lap the game pauses itself press talk to Jeff and change ers from high to overtake. The 2nd lap it changes the camera view, rev my engine up, press talk to Jeff + change ers from high to overtake. Please fix! will be impossible to league race like this.

Mine did this on 2017 and 2018. Not too often, I thought it may have been my wheel.

I actually though about taking the wheel apart and check connections, I need to play other games and see if it’s just F1.
