(Xbox). Multiplayer black screened and I loose hundreds XP and Saftey Rating ranks AGAIN!!!!

Getting real sick of this bull shit Codemasters....  The multiplayer game I was in Black screened (AGAIN) so I closed the game and reloaded it. Went back to multiplayer now and I’ve just lost 200 points from my rank AGAIN and been demoted back to D Saftey Rating AGAIN!!!! What the fuck is going on man? When can we expect to get this fixed and when it’s fixed will we get our levels back?? 

And will @Faya and whoever the fuck else is on here from Codemasters acknowledge this for once in your life!!! Absolute joke the amount of issue people are bringing up on here and are just getting blanked!!!
