[Multiplayer] No penalties and warnings for corner cutting after reconnect

• Description: In lap 2 i had a steam error and lost connection. After rejoining i could take control again over my car, that was good. But then during the race i found out i can cut every single corner of the track without getting a warning or a penalty.  As you can imagine thats ridiculous for league racing :neutral:
  
• Platform: PC, Steam
• Game Version : 1.05
  
• Game Mode: Multiplaye Custom Game, 5 human drivers, France, 50% Race, short qualifying, strict, safety car on, i was on pad

         Come on @CM @Faya, there are many more bugs in the game and you know that. Please fix asap
