Xbox One Multiplayer - Stuttering Sound

In Online Sessions on Xbox, there is a problem with the sound on some cars/players. Its always random but most of the cars on track (mostly you recognize that in Broadcast) stuttering in Gears, despite the players driving normal. It's a major bug and on nearly every practise, every track, random players.

And the bug is still there. @Faya , are you guys aware of that? Here a clip:

I wouldn't care to much about it, if its would be only a problem in the broadcast view. But you hear this sound also when you are on track on the other cars and its so annoying.

Does anybody else is suffering this problem? That’s also in Qualifying and in the race.
