F1 2018 fails to start

I've been playing fine for 30 odd hours, but now F1 fails to load.  Steam says it's starting, then it just craps out on me and doesn't load.

Nothing on my PC has changed bar a windows update today.  I've tried reinstalling it, setting administrator on the .exe, turning off antivirus, but nothing.  What do I need to provide to help get this problem sorted out?

Windows 10

R9 390 Graphics card

AMD 9590 4.4ghz Processor

16gb RAM

Well I decided the only way to be sure was to take off and nuke the entire site from orbit....  reinstalled Windows X.  Problem sorted.

Funny how these problems always crop up with Codemasters.  Your Dizzy the egg games never did this to my Spectrum.

This sort of knowledge of perimeteral complex in application, can give you more insured startings, in the line of racing ahead, when getting to fix the fans and later installing softwares competent to the user in question....proper to having arrays of maneuvers, even if significant to oneself...
