ianism 1,316 Posted May 16, 2019 more excited to find out the locations, honestly, since I'm not that into Group B RX, but the other cars we're scheduled to get will definitely interest me

I hope the fact that they are present in the game files already means that they will be released early in Season 2. 1

tbtstt 2,405 Posted July 30, 2019 The MG Metro 6R4 and Delta S4 rallycross cars join the fray... ...just one more release in Season two to go: I hope that a season 3 announcement comes and, with it, more cars for the list!
tbtstt 2,405 Posted August 10, 2019 Well it isn't officially confirmed yet, but the presence of the Mk.1 Focus WRC and S7 Impreza WRC seems to suggest they are coming soon!
chukonu 476 Posted August 10, 2019 I mean, they're in the game - how much more 'confirmed' would you like it?

Zulu0001 0 Posted August 10, 2019 This could be the dumbest question? I'm new here and don't quite understand the ins and outs of the game yet. Are there no MINI's in the game except for the classic MINI to start the game?

Are there no MINI's in the game except for the classic MINI to start the game? That is correct @Zulu0001: the classic Mini Cooper is the only Mini in game (at least for now). Complete car list for the game is on the first post on the first page of this thread. PS That definitely isn't the dumbest question that has been asked on here! 😄

Are there no MINI's in the game except for the classic MINI to start the game? We're expecting a new RX Mini to be added in DLC at some point. The new-style rally Mini in DR1 hasn't made the transition due to being a 2011 WRC car and this class has been replaced by the newer R5 class.
JorritVD 1,245 Posted August 11, 2019 There was a "s2000" MINI Countryman. Basically a WRC MINI, but downgraded to fit the Super 2000 specs. It still had the 1.6L WRC engine, so technically not the n/a super 2000 car. Basically nowadays the R5 are still Super 2000 specs, just with a different driveline, 1.6L tubo, and therefore called now R5. So the MINI back than was already an R5, but called super 2000, because R5 not existed back than.
RodgerDavies 934 Posted August 11, 2019 @JorritVD let's play "spot the difference between RRC and S2000" and then wonder why new fans have trouble getting to grips with the class structure sometimes!
tbtstt 2,405 Posted August 12, 2019 (edited) Seasons three and four announced... ...giving us more cars for the list! Think the additions are: Modern Rally 2000cc: 2001 Ford Focus WRC (DLC3)(Confirmed here) 2001 Subaru Impreza WRC (DLC3)(Confirmed here) Peugeot 206 WRC (DLC3)(Confirmed here) Kit Car: Peugeot 306 Maxi (DLC3)(Confirmed here) Seat Ibiza (DLC3)(Confirmed here) Volkswagen Golf (DLC3)(Confirmed here) Supercars (2019): 2019 Audi S1 4x4 T16 (DLC4)(Confirmed here) 2019 Ford Mk. 8 Fiesta 4x4 T16 (DLC4)(Confirmed here) 2019 Ford Fiesta (STARD) 4x4 T16 (DLC4)(Confirmed here) 2019 Ford Fiesta RXS Evo 5 4x4 T16 (DLC4)(Confirmed here) 2019 Peugeot 208 4x4 T16 (DLC4)(Confirmed here) 2019 Renault Clio RS RX 4x4 T16 (DLC4)(Confirmed here) 2019 Renault Megane RS RX 4x4 T16 (DLC4)(Confirmed here) 2019 Seat Ibiza 4x4 T16 (DLC4)(Confirmed here) I am a bit confused about the designation of some of the rallycross Fiestas in season four: "Ford Fiesta RXS Evo 5" (week 11) is a STARD designation, but the STARD car is already indicated on week nine as well? I know they ran two different specification cars this year, so I wonder if that accounts for the split. Edited August 12, 2019 by tbtstt

I assume the Ibiza model will be refreshed from DiRT 4 as well.

Finally i get the correct Fiesta models after long complaining 😛 The Ibiza is quite different compared to D4. The base is stillt he same. But cooling is not anymore in the back and complete different aero. I think the complete front end needs a remake. A lot of work in it.

I think it's a great looking supercar and looks even better in the livery that Rene is running the car with this year: Shame that there weren't a few more DS3's used in the World Championship this year, as you could have bought that back as well!
