Reinstall Realtek HD Audio Manager

Facing the issue of accessing the sound driver. Did Windows update recently but that didn't help. I'm not a Tech Guy can someone help me with the same.

Actually, you have not explained your issue correctly but from my point of view many users are facing Realtek issue. If this is so then to check our guide on Realtek HD Audio Manager Driver or either follow these steps: 
  • open Task Manager
  • Select StartUp
  • enable id the Realtek high definition audio manager is disabled
  • Now restart
