Bad ranking dynamic

You have to win 3+ games to go up a division, but only have to lose 1 game to go down a division?

I haven't played OnRush in weeks because of this incredibly bad ranking dynamic because I don't want my division and rank to go lower. If you want to keep people involved and playing the game, you have to make it so they want to continue playing.
