Just posting this message i posted in the horizon racing group so people can understand the league. If you are faster than the admins / mods, you are flamed in chat before / after races, threatened with penalties for collisions where you are hit from behind on purpose [for "brake testing"] and ultimately accused of ridiculous things, such as "hacking". The idea this is a "fair clean racing league" isn't true in my opinion, and this is just so people can have a balanced view before they sign up.

"Not going to make a too long post, since it will just get deleted. Obviously that isn't true. I spoke to gambler about this after malaysia, and offered to upload a ghost of me driving the circuit / or let him watch. I was told after consideration this wasn't required, and said this is fair enough but i said this is the end of the issue and i wouldnt discuss it anymore. I said quite simply after the fiasco of the malaysia race to gambler i was considering leaving anyhow, as the league was clearly "kids leading kids".

The idea of attacking someone who is quicker than you is ridiculous to me, noone complained at gambler when he was 1.5s faster than anyone in the first aussie qualifying, and noone complained at titan when he was miles faster than anyone at the last race [which i am not complaining about, titan won that race by being the fastest, comfortably]

My reasons for leaving are partly to do with this, and partly to do with how i disagree with the way the league is run. To me it simply seems if someone is faster than the admins, instead of trying to improve they attack them [the new tyre rules for instance are clearly to stop how i started on primes and drove a measured race while other people wrecked their tyes].

Its also clear the admins take the idea of "clean racing" very liberally. If anyone so much as taps an admins car they are flamed in chat. However if an admin rams another car [as matt did to me in the last race] they are blamed for "brake testing".

For those reasons i have chosen im not really interested in taking part in a league, since its just not fun.

As i said, good luck with the league, all the best."

Zordo you refused to show us evidence of your Tyre wear . Titan and Gambler have been in the league longer than you and would struggle on some circuits but you were fast on all of them, For example Gambler was having tyre problems in Malaysia.  You however showed no sign of tyre wear. Many people said this in the chat so we investigated. You didn't like it so you left. If you gave us your tyre wear in the race then this would've never happen.

Just going to make one final reply to clear up a few issues, and give some more feedback on this league, so people viewing this thread can make an informed decision of if they think joining would be a good idea.
Firstly, I did not "refuse to show my tyre wear". I was asked to upload a ghost of me driving malaysia, to show my driving style + how i could make tyres last so long, i agreed and was going to do this, when gambler changed his mind and said this wasnt needed. I told him thats fine, but I wouldn't discuss this issue again if brought up, he was fine with this. When this issue was therefore brought up again, COMBINED with the new rule in the league that you have to qualify and race on the same tyres [which is clearly aimed to stop my stratagy of starting a race on primes and driving a measured race]. Once I saw both these silly accusations and rule changes, I realised I was going to be attacked every single race and forced out the league, so chose to leave sooner rather than later, as I was clearly being forced out.

In regards to tyre wear, here is a discussion on it in the game, which I found after a 2min google search, which is surprising the admins didn't see, as they claim to have made such a through investigation into this issue. http://f1carsetup.com/index.php?/topic/28675-wheel-spin/. As you can see someone says they made a set of tyres last 50 laps in brazil, yet I am accused of hacking for making a set last 15-18 laps. Again, very surprising you didn't see this since the admins made such a "thorough investigation" and concluded "tyre wear is scripted", clearly this was a great investigation, and in no way an attack on someone who was faster than the admins ;).

You also appear to refute my point that people who are faster than the admins are attacked in general. Well this video you yourself have posted to youtube appears to disagree:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=PDlp40zy1gM#t=0

At 1:29, [2te]Gambler [An admin] is clearly shown making contact with another car, going for a rash overtake which forces the other car off the track, and causes himself to spin out. After this happens, he leaves the game in a "rage quit". This breaks the leagues own rules:

2.1 It is the overtaking driver's responsibility to prevent contact from happening.
1.5 Rage quitting is not tolerated here, especially deliberately crashing out, except when you time out. If you have to leave due to lack of time park your vehicle far off the track or park it on an escape of a corner if possible.

[Rules found at http://steamcommunity.com/groups/HorizonRacing/discussions/0/624076027587878761/ and posted in the 1st post of this discussion]

Which should clearly result in a penalty. However for this race, the other driver in question [who was crashed into] was given a 10s penalty, for a collision which the video shows was clearly not his fault, again, quite clearly an attack on a driver who was / is competative / faster with the admins, and instead of trying to improve, they bend / break the rules in their favour.

[Penalties handed out are at http://steamcommunity.com/groups/HorizonRacing#announcements/detail/145569291508134504]

Incredibly, you can also see a contact at 4:00 from more poor driving between 2 admins in the league, yet miraculously, no penalty was awarded either way. Again, its quite clear the rules are not applied in the "fair and clean" way that HRL advertises.

Again, I am just leaving feedback on my experiances in this league / what i have seen since leaving. The rules are not implemented fairly [I took part in races which were restarted until the admins - in particular Gambler had a good start], and unfair penalties / accusations / rule changes are aimed at players who dare to drive faster than the league owners. In my opinion there are far better leagues out there, and if anyone wants to have a SERIOUS league for competative / clean racing, i highly recommend you avoid HRL.

Regards,
Zordonado. / Zordo

Quick edit: As you can see from this screenshot of the HRL comments page on their steam group, i'm not the only person who has to put up with this treatment, so it's not a "random" or "isolated" incident: http://s12.postimg.org/ggfjwrby5/otheropinion.png

Still strongly disagree with your opinion 4:00 was a side pod glitch, Titan didn't loose control also the screenshot is from people who we have given penalty to, Santzu wasn't a fast driver he's just heard from you. Your only doing this just because you were guilty and failed to show us evidence, people in the lobby were talking about you. I suggest you don't join any league if your going to moan about a penalty that was fairly given to you with almost everyone in the legate agreeing
Its not 'Kids Learning Kids' there are adults admins as well,  At 1:29 Gambler went into the back of the Sauber because the Force India broke in front of  the Sauber causing a chain reaction, this took 2 cars out of the race so the Force India was Disqualified from the race, we  did investigate and all agreed to disqualify him.

You were in Australia, Malaysia and Bahrain, you made contact with Danabanax in Bahrain,we took no further action as we didn't have to video evidence and Dan complained that you hit him. We don't just instantly believe someone, we would need more people to say that they have done something wrong,

Gambler didn't rage quit, his car was damaged to badly he left, He flew over me in the clip. He retired and looked at the race, there he saw squeezing from the Sauber, I had video evidence of it also, the Sauber was given a penalty. Thats how it works.

We are not unfair we know what we are doing. Penaltys were awarded to people who caused racing incidents such as Spiritus, he's not mad and leaving the league...

Also if we look at your steam account, you have one VAC ban implying you have been using cheats.
Your account is here: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197994657324

Its a real surprise you are being accused for cheating...
