Serious error has occured...

Upon completing the first duel, I’m given the message ‘a serious error has occured. The game will now restart’. This has happened to me on an android device but now also on a 2018 iPad. 

I have seen this in another thread with the theory that this is now fixed - which for me it is not. Can anybody please lend me a hand or let me know if this is an issue being worked on?

Hey there - we saw that a small number of devices encountered this blocker before Update 2 came into effect. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game normally resolved the issue for players. If you've lost progress due to this, our Support team may be able to help recover your progress, but please try the uninstall/reinstall as a first option. Thank you!
