OnRush infinite matchmaking

When I try to find a ranked match (Crimewave) it can't find any match (I tried to find a match for like 5 minutes but it can't find anything). Also tried port forwarding (TCP 1935, 3478, 3479, 3480 and UDP 3074, 3478, 3479) but it still can't find any match (it has also the standard PSN ports unlocked).

Anyone has the same problem?
