but how many

but then i guess this is why they dont pit us guys in higher trophies against other players in real time anymoer
they have to put us against offline player simulations so that we dont wait like 10 mins for 1 match

The highest I went was 7415 but now I’m at 7295 after several disconnects and free points deductions, plus 2 races I lost due to a quirky device that kept veering left, a grid race on COTAS that I was leading became a loss when my opponent pushed me out. Trying very hard to avoid contact to gain safety points to no avail.

It took me nearly a day of playing before I progressed 600 points. Could have done that in a jiffy if not for all the grid starts.

Ok I went to 7504. Won two grid races in a row by making use of runoffs.

What do you mean? What runoffs?

I think he means using the grass to avoid and pass.

It’s not grass but you get the drift. Performance very bad today, gained 400 points, dropped back by another 300 due to disconnections and a string of grid starts, and I could at most take back half my lost points.

Congrat's!

May be it's getting harder as other players and cars improve which makes having the AI intentionally take you out even more frustrating.

i really dont know how to climb
im stuck at 4500 trophies just cause 50% of the opponents i face have much faster cars than mine.
any advantage i get in the corners, they are just a rocketship on the straights.
i dont want to get dirty to move up you know, any suggestions

What's your PI?
What aids and what view are you using?

PI is 1.13k
the view doesnt matter, i know what the limits of each track is, since im confortable with the one ive been using for a long time

, i got steering sensitivity, and full stability.
not gonna turn stability off haha. i would be DNFed every single race by the AI

I'm at 1329 PI and am faster on straights 50% of the time, stability off and braking + steering assist low.

The only time I win grid races is to be very agressive with the AI, punt them before they punt me.  :p

Truly, never give up. 1111 to go! I enter races with a view to lose. I turn off all assists, just a habit gained from playing Real Racing 3.

i cant turn off stability assist. i tried for awhile, and i just got a load of DNFs in a row from the AI.
no brake assist tho, im very confident for the braking points
and mannSG, i commend you for being very lucky with your grid starts (or the lack of)

You’re mistaken, my friend. If I had no grid starts, I wouldn’t be still be at 8888.

Grid starts are now happening at a rate of more than 50% for sure.
Would’ve long hit 9999 without grid start glitch.
