Force Feedback Data collection for Motor

I am building a simulator for F1 2013 game. There are two topics where I need directions.

1. How do I get force feedback data for my motor. From the UDP stream specification, I couldn't find any useful data. If I need to calculate from existing data, then please tell me how?

2. How will F1 2013 game identify my inputs (acceleration, brakes, steering inputs etc.)? Do I need to follow certain input standards or need to write my own driver for it? If I need to write my own driver for it, then suggest me easiest way for it.

I know these may be basic things, but I am beginner in this kind of development. So try to be easy on me. Thanks in advance. Have a nice day.
