Not your drivers. The actual DiRT Rally 2.0 game file that is in your steam folder.

Pull up your steam game library, right click on DiRT Rally 2.0, go to Properties, Local Files, Verfiy integrity of Game Files.

Steam will scan the game for any corrupt files and replace any corrupt files it finds.

Yes I have verified the files. I tried removing the config file as per other sites and it's supposed to create a new file with my current system, but the game doesn't get far enough to recreate this file.
