60 fps , vertex Shader , graphics card

Hello ,
I am new here and have a question about Dirt Rally 2.0. When I activate the vertex shader, my frames sink sharply. I have the i7 4790K and a GTX 970 in the PC. Which of you has an experience with the graphics card with which graphics card is no longer problems 60 frames per second to play the game? Thank you for your experience in advance.
